Ready to stop dreaming & start doing?

We’ll begin with a free initial consultation, which will assess your readiness for change and establish our compatibility (chemistry is everything).

Then, we’ll move onto packages…

Personal training every 3 months, for 3 months, in addition to our online coaching programme. This is to make sure you permanently break those bad habits, helping you implement change once and for all.

What you get:

One-on-one personal training @ 2x 1hr sessions per week for 3 months (12 weeks). You then get the chance to practice the skills you’ve  learnt, before returning for another 3 months of training giving you 6 months of personal training in total.

Online coaching for the entire 12 months

This is ideal for those coming back to the gym after a break and want to have a complete overhaul for their body, mind and nutrition. All abilities welcome. Starts Wednesday 23rd January 2019.
