We take out coaching very seriously, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you work with us for 30 days and feel like online coaching isn’t a good fit, just let us know and we’ll give you a full refund for your first month and require no additional payments.

Yes and no. We think it’s great you are getting hands on coaching, however you might want to consider our online coaching package. This isn’t available for just anyone as we need to know you are committed to the programme. I have been a personal trainer for 8 years so I understand how well this programme would compliment your training sessions. Just let us know and we’ll see if we can integrate the two.

In order to get the best results possible, we have a 3 month minimum commitment. Remember, we are playing the long game here. We don’t follow fads. We focus on bringing health and fitness into your life so it works no matter how hectic or difficult your life gets. Making long lasting, meaningful change takes time. That is why we ask for a 3 month minimum.

After the first 3 months, we will continue to coach you for as long as you need. Our clients enjoy having someone they trust so the majority stay for the whole year, if not longer in some cases!

In most cases, yes, with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation Nicola can work around (and improve) most injuries. When you complete our medical questionnaire we can take into consideration how we can work together safely. As always, consult your doctor before taking part in any exercise programme.
